I appreciated this property - exceptionally comfortable hotel.

The location was awesome - so close to LRT/MRT, and Sri Petaling and Kuchai Lama. It also was in a Cafe called Coffee Art. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

Good stay, as always. Soundproof & spacious rooms with a power shower. Comfortable location of the hotel, really close to popular shopping malls in KL / Selangor, cafe and Axiata Arena. Good choice of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue🙂😀

I came here for 3 nights and had a REALLY GREAT stay. Everything was good, fairly clean hotel, easy and great location by shops. The a twin room was perfect and impressive.

Plenty of parking available, and it's free if you get your ticket stamped at the counter. The location is convenient if you have a car. It's not crowded and there are bistro, restaurants, and salons nearby.

The room was small for the price I paid. I've stayed in bigger rooms at a cheaper price at other hotels.

The value for money at the hotel was great, especially considering the comfortable room and free parking. The location was fantastic, with nearby shops and easy access to transportation. The staff at B Lot were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Great view! The hotel offered stunning views from the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was key as it was easily accessible to major roads, making it convenient for getting around. Another advantage was the friendly and polite staff, who were always willing to assist.

The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The sheets were dirty and despite requesting for them to be changed, they were simply folded back onto the bed.

As a group of friends, we loved the ample parking space on the ground floor and the wide selection of restaurants in the area. The convenience of having a 7-11 nearby was a bonus. We also appreciated the water dispenser on every floor, providing both cold and hot water. The friendly and smiling staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Likes/Best Aspects: During my weekend stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness of the room. The staff members were very polite and check-in process was smooth. The location of the hotel was also convenient for driving, with lots of parking available. Additionally, there were many bistro and restaurant options nearby, making it easy to find something to eat.

One downside of my stay was that the AC in my room was initially not working, but it was quickly resolved when I changed rooms. The rooms themselves were quite small and had limited space for putting our belongings.

The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. They were helpful in providing information about nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel was conveniently located near a variety of shops and restaurants, making it easy to find everything I needed during my stay. The parking lot was also spacious and had enough space for all the guests.

I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room, which made it difficult to store any drinks or leftovers from nearby restaurants. The bathroom had a minor issue with the water flow and the suction fan seemed to be malfunctioning.

As young holiday goers, we loved the strategic location, nearby shops, and variety of amenities. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful city view. The cleanliness and comfort exceeded our expectations. The restaurants within walking distance were a bonus.

We felt well taken care of and had no complaints about our stay.

There were some issues with the housekeeping service during my stay, and the shower drainage was poor, resulting in pooled water on the bathroom floor.
